SHIPPING POLICY
We care a lot about protecting the planet for our future generations. We do our best to use eco-friendly, minimal packaging. Every now and then you may see us re-using packaging material.
We are located in NSW, Australia. Domestic orders excluding scrunchies will be posted as parcels, and p to 3 scrunchies will be posted as trackable letter via Australia Post.
International orders will be posted as international parcels via Australia Post. We offer Express shipping for both Domestic and International orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal at KIMONO KOMONO is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased item, we accept returns or exchanges. Please note;

Items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items need to arrive to us in the same conditions and unused as when they were sold - please make sure the items don't get wet - our packaging by Biogone is reusable.

Return and exchange postage will be paid by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, there will be no refund or exchanges for scrunchies.
